📍 Mount Seymour United – 1200 Parkgate Avenue, North Vancouver

Join Farhad and Nisha for a special Fall Equinox gathering designed to help you release, realign, and welcome the Fall Equinox with intention.

As we transition from the energy of summer into the reflective months ahead, this immersive experience offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and create space for what is ready to emerge.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and intention-setting practice, followed by an uplifting and playful Kundalini Yoga experience designed to awaken energy, cultivate joy, and deepen self-awareness.

After a short break, you'll be invited to settle into a deeply restorative Sound Bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. As the vibrations wash over you, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Throughout the sound bath, participants may also receive gentle hands-on support, such as shoulder or foot massage, offering a deeply, relaxing and restorative experience.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat, pillow/bolster and blanket, eye pillow for comfort during the gong bath

  • Water bottle

  • Wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. We recommend layering to stay cozy and warm while lying down.

  • Please bring your own mug to enjoy the Cacao.

  • We encourage you to bring a journal and something to write with

Limited Capacity, so reserve your spot early to welcome the season with renewal and joy.

BENEFITS OF CACAO:

Ceremonial-grade cacao is often celebrated for its ability to open the heart center, fostering a sense of emotional warmth and connection. On a spiritual level, cacao is considered a gentle plant medicine that encourages deeper introspection and meditative states, allowing people to quiet the mind and access creativity. Scientifically, cacao contains theobromine, a mild stimulant that can enhance focus while also boosting blood flow, which may give that sense of warmth and vitality. Rich in magnesium and antioxidants, cacao supports relaxation and well-being, while the ceremonial ritual itself fosters community, intention-setting, and a sense of belonging. Altogether, it blends tangible physiological effects with a profound inner experience.

When ceremonial cacao is combined with gentle movement, like mindful yoga, and then immersed in a two-hour sound bath with crystal bowls and gongs, it creates a holistic synergy. This combination supports the nervous system by promoting deep relaxation, lowering stress hormones, and enhancing vagal tone. Spiritually, it fosters harmony between body and mind, allowing participants to access a deeply restorative and heart-opening state.
