The intention is to create ease within the mind, body, and spirit. To live fully and present in ones life. In order to do that, we start with developing loving presence.
Loving presence is a way with being with ourselves that invites awareness, acceptance and kindness. It can transform our relationship with ourselves and our world in a more expansive compassionate way.
