Thank you for being part of the Farhad Khan Sound + Wellness 108-Card Inspiration Deck project!

This community-based collaboration blends visual art, sound, and intention to create a meaningful and lasting wellness tool.

You may contribute 1 or more original artworks. Once submitted, the artwork becomes the property of Farhad Khan Sound + Wellness, and may be used in both physical and digital formats (including but not limited to decks, marketing, social media, and licensing).

Final artwork is due July 16, 2025.

You will receive:
- One complimentary deck
- A 3-month promo code for friends & family
- Recognition on the card you create and in a permanent “About the Artists” card
- A complimentary invitation to our Fall 2025 Launch Party + Sound Bath
- An optional opportunity to share what being part of this project meant to you (live, written, or video)

By signing and submitting this form, you agree to the following: 1. Original Work & Assignment of Rights - I confirm that the artwork I submit is my original creation. - I assign full and exclusive rights, title, and interest in my artwork to Farhad Khan Sound + Wellness, including copyright and all intellectual property. - I understand the artwork may be used across physical/digital media, social platforms, marketing, future licensing, or reprints. - I agree not to reproduce, sell, license, or resell the deck or artwork independently. 2. No Financial Compensation - I understand that no royalties, licensing fees, commissions, or payments will be provided now or in the future. - This is a collaborative, non-commercial exchange of creative energy and shared visibility. 3. Recognition & Launch Invitation - I will receive a free copy of the final deck. - My name will appear on the “About the Artists” card. - I will receive a promo code for friends/family valid for 3 months post-launch. - I will receive a complimentary ticket to the Launch Party + Sound Bath and may optionally share reflections on being part of this collaboration. 4. Submission & Timeline - I agree to submit final artwork by July 16, 2025 via email, shared drive, or link provided. - I understand the deck will go to print in August, with a target launch in Fall 2025.
