Deepen your yoga practice and self-awareness in a completely new landscape. Be completely immersed in the teachings, the unique aspects of yourself and the environment and nature that surrounds you.

Offering gentle yoga practices, meditations, sound healing, and much more to allow you to nurture and connect with your heart. Our retreats are guided by what we love and honour; it’s all about self care and taking time to be still. Our rest and receive retreats will leave you feeling a sense of renewal, inspiration, and a feeling of coming home to your spiritual self. With a wonderful balance of all that we offer on retreat, it will be a moment in time you will cherish and carry with you on your life journey, always leading with love and compassion.

Loon Lake is a beautiful protected grounds. All shared rooms, and private rooms are fully equipped with their own private bathrooms. You will be served three delicious meals per day, as well coffee and teas are available all day. We have listed our proposed daily retreat schedule below. We ask that you come with an open heart and give yourself this time to connect to your spirit and nature. We look forward to sharing this beautiful space with you.

THURSDAY,

 

3:30-5:00 - Check in 

(Tea, Coffee, & snacks will be served 4:00pm)

5:00 - Welcome Circle

6:00 - Dinner

8:00 - Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing ( wear your Pj’s)

 

FRIDAY,

 

7:00 - Meditation

7:30 - Morning Stretch

8:00 - Breakfast

10:00 - Strength & Balance Yoga

12:00 - Lunch

1:00 - 4:30 - Free time  ( enjoy the lake, read a good book, journal, forest bathing hike, nap:)

4:30 - Mindful Group Activity + Satsang 

6:00 - Dinner

8:00 - Restorative Yoga (wear your Pj’s) + Sound Healing

 

SATURDAY,

 

7:00 - Meditation

7:30 - Morning Stretch

8:00 - Breakfast

10:00 - Chakra Yoga Class 

12:00 - Lunch

1:00  - 4:30 -Free time ( optional group cold plunge, hot sauna, and fire pit gathering )

4:30 - Mindful Creative Expression

6:00 - Dinner

8:00 - Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing (wear your Pj’s)
