8:00 - Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing ( wear your Pj’s)
FRIDAY,
7:00 - Meditation
7:30 - Morning Stretch
8:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - Strength & Balance Yoga
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 4:30 - Free time ( enjoy the lake, read a good book, journal, forest bathing hike, nap:)
4:30 - Mindful Group Activity + Satsang
6:00 - Dinner
8:00 - Restorative Yoga (wear your Pj’s) + Sound Healing

7:00 - Meditation
7:30 - Morning Stretch
8:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - Chakra Yoga Class
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 4:30 -Free time ( optional group cold plunge, hot sauna, and fire pit gathering )
4:30 - Mindful Creative Expression
6:00 - Dinner
8:00 - Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing (wear your Pj’s)
