This course is for individuals who are seeking to learn the benefits of Sound Healing, and learn how to play healing sound bowls. By taking this course you are not only gifting yourself the power and knowledge of sound healing by using singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, but you may also, in future, provide healing to others.

By the end of this course, you will know the following:

✦  What sound healing is and its offerings.

✦  The benefits of sound, such as calming the nervous system, helping with anxiety, blood pressure, sleep disturbances, stress, depression, as well as boosting the immune system.

✦  More about the elements used to create vibrational sound healing instruments and their respective benefits

✦  How yoga principles, meditation and vibrational sound healing are connected.

✦  The history of Tibetan and Crystal bowls as well as other vibrational sound healing instruments and how to use and play them confidently and successfully.

✦  The benefits of incorporating voice, chanting or singing into sound healing practices in order to enhance meditative states prior to using our other sound healing instruments.

✦  How to properly and professionally conduct private sound healing on self and others, one on one or in groups.

✦  How to evaluate the mood of clients and/or situations and choose the best and most appropriate vibrational sound healing instrument and tool for the appropriate purpose.

Each student of this course will receive a certification upon completion.
