With a wonderful balance of all that we offer on retreat, it will be a moment in time you will cherish and carry with you on your life journey, always leading with love and compassion.
Loon Lake is a beautiful protected grounds. All shared rooms, and private rooms are fully equipped with their own private bathrooms. You will be served three delicious meals per day, as well coffee and teas are available all day. We have listed our proposed daily retreat schedule below. We ask that you come with an open heart and give yourself this time to connect to your spirit and nature. We look forward to sharing this beautiful space with you.
For shared accommodations, if a third person is added to the room, each guest will receive an additional $100 discount. If you’d like to choose this option, please email us to confirm. You will be responsible for coordinating and securing your two additional roommates, as we cannot guarantee we will be able to match you with others looking to share. If you are unable to fill the room, the rate will revert to the 2-person shared or single occupancy pricing, and the appropriate rate will be charged prior to the start of the retreat.
If the balance is not paid in full, you will receive a payment link via email for the final payment. The final payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice link. Once paid, your reservation is confirmed. Final payments must be made no later than March 1st, 2026. All deposits will be reflected on your invoice link.

Step away from the routines of everyday life and join Farhad Khan for Soulful Silence, a deeply restorative 4-day silent meditation retreat on Salt Spring Island. Held at the peaceful and historic Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
Each day will weave together gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), sound baths, Yoga Nidra, forest walking meditation, and nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with care. Surrounded by 70 acres of forest, gardens, and natural beauty, you’ll have spacious time for reflection, journaling, rest, lake swims, sauna sessions, and mindful connection with nature.
Silence is held outside of guided practices to support nervous system regulation, deeper presence, and meaningful inward connection. This retreat is open to all levels—no experience required.
