Join us for a half-day retreat designed to reset, rebalance, restore, renew, and calm the nervous system. Through a powerful blend of Yin yoga, chakra meditation, sound healing, and aromatherapy, we’ll guide you inward to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
We begin with “Yin, Scent + Sound with Farhad Khan”—a grounding, chakra-focused Yin yoga session supported by Farhad Khan Wellness aromatherapy products and live sound healing woven throughout each pose.
What’s Included:
8 Chakra-Aligned Yin Yoga Postures
Each pose corresponds to one of the seven chakras—plus the aura—and is held for 3–7 minutes, with options for Levels 1, 2, and 3. This practice is accessible to all levels, from beginner to advanced.Chakra Meditation + Bija Mantra Chanting
