from CA$45.00

🕡 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Sliding Scale

For select events, we offer a sliding scale with several pricing options. Please choose the contribution that feels comfortable and aligned for you.

When someone is able to contribute a little more, it helps make space for others in the community who may need a lower rate — a meaningful way of supporting and uplifting one another.

Every contribution is received with deep gratitude and helps us continue offering this work in a way that remains accessible, sustainable, and rooted in community care.

Join us for a transformative 2-hour Conscious Breathwork with Sound Off experience, where breath and sound guide you inward. Through conscious breathing, you’ll explore a personalized journey of introspection. With Sound Off noise-cancelling headsets, you’ll tune out external distractions and immerse yourself in a curated playlist paired with live sound healing. I’ll be playing crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other healing instruments live, seamlessly woven with the music to amplify your experience.

Scientifically, conscious breathwork activates the nervous system’s rest response, reducing stress and increasing oxygen flow. Emotionally, it releases tension, and spiritually, it can deepen self-awareness. Sound healing adds another layer—resonant frequencies known to promote relaxation, emotional release, and balance.

Expect guided breath techniques, immersive soundscapes, and a final integration period to process your experience. No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to explore the power of their own breath.

What to Bring:
Please bring your nest—pillows, comforters, blankets, bolsters, and anything else you need to feel fully supported and comfortable lying down for an extended period. Eye masks are highly recommended and can also be provided if you do not have your own.
