You can choose to purchase the Gentle Movement Class on its own for $35, or bundle it with the Rest + Receive @ 7:00 PM for a complete experience at $65.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring your yoga mat, bolster or pillow, block, strap, blanket, eye pillow, and any other props that support your practice.

Join Farhad for a Gentle Movement Yoga session, designed to encourage relaxation, stretch, and gentle release through your body. This class blends Hatha, somatic, and therapeutic movements to open up your neck, shoulders, spine, and hips, allowing your nervous system to reset and restore balance.

Ideal for all levels, this class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from past injuries, and anyone looking to complement an active lifestyle. A safe and mindful practice of slow, gentle movements aimed at relieving pain and increasing flexibility.
