📅 Tuesday, September 22, 2026
🕡 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Love & Peace – 3586 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver

Tickets: SLIDING SCALE

Join Farhad for a special Fall Equinox Sound Bath Meditation, an evening to pause, turn inward, and welcome the changing season.

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet in near equal measure. It offers a natural invitation to reflect, release what we’re ready to let go of, and create space for the season ahead.

Farhad will guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation and sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound and allow them to support your mind and body in releasing stress and tension, while reconnecting with a sense of balance and stillness within.

All props are provided, so simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to receive the experience. This practice is accessible to everyone—no prior experience is needed.

Please Note: Two Fall Equinox Sound Bath Meditation sessions are offered this evening, one at 6:30 PM and one at 7:45 PM. You are welcome to attend both; however, each session requires its own registration. As space is limited, please arrive for the session time you have registered for.

We kindly request that you register online in advance, as walk-ins are not available due to limited capacity. Thank you.

Schedule

  • Doors Open: 6:15 PM

  • Event Start: 6:30 PM

All are welcome to come together in community to pause, reflect, and welcome the transition into fall through the restorative power of sound.

Sliding Scale

For select events, we offer a sliding scale with several pricing options. Please choose the contribution that feels comfortable and aligned for you.

When someone is able to contribute a little more, it helps make space for others in the community who may need a lower rate—a meaningful way of supporting and uplifting one another.

Every contribution is received with deep gratitude and helps us continue offering this work in a way that remains accessible, sustainable, and rooted in community care.
