Join us for a deeply restorative Spring Equinox Sound Bath, an immersive journey into stillness, resonance, and renewal.
As you settle into a comfortable resting position, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation before being enveloped in the rich, healing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls—including the Super Grade Alchemy Crystal Tones Bowl—alongside chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
The experience deepens into a powerful gong bath featuring eight gongs, creating waves of sound that support nervous system release, inner clarity, and profound rest. We’ll close with a grounding meditation, allowing you to integrate the experience and carry a sense of calm and alignment into the season ahead.
