Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey
with Sound Off Wireless Headphones
Ease into a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system and invite profound rest.
You’ll begin by settling comfortably onto your mat and putting on Sound Off wireless headphones, allowing Farhad’s voice and the subtle textures of sound to be delivered directly to you in crystal-clear clarity. This immersive audio experience creates a uniquely personal and deeply focused environment.
Through guided Yoga Nidra, a lying-down meditation often called “yogic sleep,” you’ll be gently guided into a state between waking and dreaming where the body fully relaxes while the mind remains softly aware.
As the meditation unfolds, you’ll be bathed in a live sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The resonance of these instruments, combined with the intimate headphone experience, creates a powerful cocoon of sound that supports deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Many participants describe this experience as feeling like a reset for the mind, body, and nervous system, leaving them calm, refreshed, and deeply nourished.
