How to prepare
For a ceremonial‑style cup:
Add 2 Tbsp (about 19 g) of cacao to 8 oz (240 mL) hot water.
Blend carefully in a heat‑safe blender or whisk on the stovetop until smooth and creamy.
Sweeten or enrich to taste (optional) with coconut oil, plant milk, maca, or your favourite natural sweetener.
Take a few breaths, set your intention, and sip slowly.
For a lighter daily cup, use 1 Tbsp per 8 oz (240 mL) liquid.
Servings per pouch: approximately 10 full servings at 2 Tbsp, or 11–22 cups using 1–2 Tbsp per serving.
