Please bring your yoga mat, back mitra or blanket, bolster or pillow, block, strap, blanket, eye pillow, and any other props that support your practice.

Join Farhad for a 75-minute Gentle Movement Yoga session designed to support relaxation, release, and deep restoration. This class weaves together Hatha, somatic, and therapeutic movements to gently open the neck, shoulders, spine, and hips—inviting the nervous system to reset and come back into balance.

A dedicated Back Mitra sequence is thoughtfully integrated to support spinal decompression, posture, and heart opening, offering a deeper release through the upper back, chest, and shoulders.

Ideal for all levels, this class is especially supportive for beginners, those recovering from past injuries, or anyone looking to complement an active lifestyle. Through slow, mindful movement and intentional awareness, you’ll cultivate a stronger body–mind connection, release tension, and improve flexibility in a safe and nurturing way.
